Clear glass, matte black iron, a decorative ball-and-bracket mount, and a chain suspension that references the industrial warehouses and workshop spaces this aesthetic was born from. The wide dome shade sits open to the room — the bulb fully visible, the filament part of the composition — casting warm light outward and downward in a broad, unfiltered pool. Pair an Edison-style LED and the Foundry becomes as much an object to look at as a source of light.
At 31 cm across, the Foundry works singly above a reading chair or kitchen sink, and pairs naturally over a kitchen island or dining table where two fixtures at matched drop heights create an anchored, considered arrangement. The E27 socket accepts any standard bulb — LED, filament, or smart — giving full control over output, colour temperature, and dimming behaviour.
