At Zaevia, we provide transparent and reliable shipping across Canada. Our shipping processes are designed to ensure your orders arrive safely and within the stated delivery timelines.

1. Shipping Coverage & Cost

Destination: We ship exclusively within Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Cost: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Canada. No minimum purchase is required.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

To provide accurate delivery estimates, we separate our process into Handling Time and Transit Time. All timelines refer to business days (Monday through Friday), excluding Canadian statutory holidays.

Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (Toronto)

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday, begin processing the same day.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST or on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Handling Time: 1 to 2 Business Days (Monday to Friday)

Transit Time: 6 to 8 Business Days (Monday to Friday)

Estimated Total Delivery Time: Approximately 7 to 10 Business Days

  • Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier conditions.

3. Delivery Partners & Tracking

We work with reliable carriers to deliver orders within Canada, including Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection may vary based on destination and logistics requirements.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to our Track Your Order page.

4. Address Changes & Delivery Issues

Address Changes: If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us at info@zaevia.com within 2 hours of placing your order, where possible and before processing begins. Once an order enters the handling phase, address changes cannot be guaranteed.

Lost or Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Missing Items: If an item is missing from your delivery, please contact us within 48 hours at info@zaevia.com with your Order Number and photos of the package as received. We will investigate the issue and, where confirmed, arrange for the missing item(s) to be reshipped or issue a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
