Which carriers does Zaevia use and can I track my order?
Zaevia ships with Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, FedEx, and Dragonfly. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to our Track Your Order page.
What is Zaevia's return policy?
Zaevia accepts return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns are accepted for defective or damaged items and for non-defective items due to change of mind. Items must be in new or slightly used condition, in original packaging, and include all original parts, accessories, and documentation. Items showing excessive use, installation, or alteration may not be eligible.
Who pays for return shipping and are there any fees?
For change of mind or unwanted item returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Zaevia will cover return shipping costs. Return shipping labels are not provided. Zaevia does not charge restocking or processing fees. Once a return is received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5 to 7 business days to appear depending on your financial institution. All refunds are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Does Zaevia accept exchanges?
Yes. Zaevia accepts exchanges for alternative colours or styles, subject to availability. To request an exchange, email info@zaevia.com with your order number. Customers are responsible for shipping the original item back to Zaevia.
